With the installation of the dejawoo App you accept these terms and conditions.
§ 1 Contractual partner
Provider and contractual partner of the customer is dejawoo UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“dejawoo”) Germany.
§ 2 Scope of application
For transactions between dejawoo and the orderer (“customer”) the following terms and conditions apply exclusively. The version of the General Terms and Conditions available on the Internet at the time of the order is authoritative. These can be saved and/or printed out by the customer on his computer or mobile device. The ordering system is available in German, the contractual language is German.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The purchaser commissions dejawoo by sending digital pictures (“picture files”) with the printout of these pictures. By clicking on the order button “Buy now”, the customer places a binding order for the production of the printouts. The order system offers before the binding order the opportunity to change and view the data at any time, so that the customer can recognize possible input errors and correct before the order. dejawoo will confirm the receipt of the order to the customer by message to the email address deposited by him. This confirmation does not represent yet an acceptance of the given order. The acceptance takes place rather within 5 working days by supply of the commodity or an express confirmation of acceptance.
§ 4 Prices
The goods will be delivered in Euro at the prices indicated on the website and in the mobile app of the Supplier valid on the day the order is placed. The price is made up of the order value, the shipping costs and other price components and includes the applicable statutory value-added tax. Additional customs duties may apply for shipments to countries outside the European Union. These are not included in the price and must be paid by the customer.
§ 5 Delivery
The delivery or collection of the goods takes place according to the provisions laid down in the dejawoo app, unless otherwise agreed explicitly and in writing between dejawoo and the customer. The expected delivery time is indicated by dejawoo in the confirmation email.
§ 6 Payment
During the ordering process, different payment methods are offered, including credit card or payment from the customer’s PayPal account. By entering the credit card details or authorizing the payment from the PayPal account, the customer authorizes the payment and authorizes dejawoo if necessary with the collection of the amount.
If a collection is not possible because of insufficient cover, incorrect data to the collection account or for other reasons, bank and chargeback fees are charged to the customer. dejawoo delivers invoice documents and other receipts generally by email to the address deposited by the customer.
§ 7 Retention of title
The goods remain the property of dejawoo until full payment of all goods from the same order.
§ 8 Right of revocation
The ordered pictures are made individually after the defaults of the customer, so that the right of revocation is excluded with remote sales contracts in accordance with, 312 g Abs. 1 BGB / § 312 g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.
§ 9 Complaints / Dispute Settlement

§ 10 Warranty claims
Should the goods delivered by dejawoo have a justified defect, the customer is entitled to demand subsequent performance in the form of a removal of defects (rectification) or for the delivery of a new defect-free item (subsequent delivery). dejawoo can, however, refuse the chosen type of subsequent performance if the costs for this would be disproportionately high or another type of subsequent performance would not mean any significant disadvantages for the customer. If the supplementary performance does not lead to a sufficient removal of the defect, the customer can declare the withdrawal from the contract or reduce the purchase price according to his choice.
§ 11 Liability
dejawoo is liable according to the legal regulations for damages, which it has to represent, either by deliberate or roughly negligent behavior of itself or a representative or an executing aide. In addition, dejawoo is only liable to the customer according to the product liability law or due to an assumed guarantee or because of the injury of life, body or health or because of the culpable violation of cardinal obligations (essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose one
